TINKO specialises in hot runner temperature and sequential valve gate control systems for the plastic injection moulding industry. The hot runner range includes smart touchscreen controllers such as the M20-MH and M40-XS, alongside standard, DME-style, dual-zone, M10 and TSC controllers. TINKO's M20-MH, for example, supports up to 90 temperature control zones with PID automatic control, touchscreen operation and modular construction.

For more advanced moulding requirements, TINKO also provides integrated and modular sequential valve gate controllers. These systems allow individual valve gates to be controlled to manage material flow, improve mould balance and help reduce defects such as visible weld lines.
