Overview
SMC Corporation Limited manufactures extrusion and injection blow moulding machinery for a wide range of plastic production applications.
Its range includes the T & DST, TC & DTC and TG & DTG Series for small and medium container production, alongside the XL, S, M & DMA Series for larger containers, automotive components and technical products.
For specialised production, the IBS Series provides high-speed injection blow moulding for small containers, including pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food packaging. Machines can support 20 to 24 cavities for high-volume production while maintaining consistent product weight, dimensions and neck finish.
SMC also offers fully electric blow moulding technology for fast, high-volume production. These machines combine servo-driven movement with accurate clamping and reduced energy consumption, providing manufacturers with an alternative to conventional hydraulic systems.
